We can assist in making applications to the court for orders such as Occupation Orders and Non- Molestation Orders. We have considerable experience in representing clients before the Family Court including in cases where there are assets of considerable value to be distributed. We have connections to excellent Barrister and financial Experts who are often needed in such cases.

We offer a discreet and confidential service to all our clients and are sensitive to the needs of those who are often going through a very difficult period in their lives. We can take some of the pressure by negotiating with the other party or their solicitors in a professional and non-confrontational manner.
The government has limited the number of cases where legal aid is available for this type of work. At Strain and Co we carry out matrimonial and family work on a private paying basis only but we can offer competitive prices, fixed fees and payment plans can be agreed.
