ADVICE AT A POLICE STATION IS ALWAYS FREE

People who end up being interviewed or prosecuted by the Police often find the whole process traumatising and unpleasant. We have professionals who have been giving advice in criminal cases for over 25 years in all types of matters from advising on minor Motoring offences to successfully defending Murder cases. Legal Aid may be available but any interview at the Police Station, whether under arrest or on a voluntary basis, is covered by Legal Aid and not means tested. We operate a team of Solicitors and former Police Officers who have trained as Accredited Representatives at the Police Station and are able to operate a 24/7 Police Station call-out service. We utilise specialist Forensic Experts and Barristers should a case go to Court and we operate funding arrangements if an individual is not eligible for Legal Aid.
