Fee for basic Probate without IHT return £2,000 (Court Fee £155 no vat)

Fee for IHT exempt probate including IHT return £4,000

The nominal rates are 0.5% on property and 1.5% of the liquid assets of an estate.
Additionally, an hourly rate of £250 is chargeable with letters telephone calls and emails charged at £25 each.
